Good parts

Parts worked fine, but looked like they might have been knocked around a bit before shipment. The container was open and there were many scratches on the nipples. I don't believe that it was worth rejecting them and so I smoothed the threads with a threading die (did the same on the water heater connections using a threading tap). Wrapped five or six times with teflon tape and installed them. No problems. Would have rated "5" if packaged had been unopened and nipples had not been scratched. But they did the job.

Missing one Part.

Product itself seems to be of good quality, but only one item arrived when it clearly states in the writeup that this is a two pack. I will try to contact the seller and find out where the other item is, need two for the water heater.
