Its creamy and soft ..so press lightly goes on smooth..self sharpening and has a awesome grip for ur thumb an index finger little details make a huge difference im also very sensitive to eye liners cant wear Maybelline or covergirl it itches my eyes..this does not i do have dry eyes an tend to rub them without thinking an this eyeliner stays on all day! And doesnt rub off on my pillow lol hope this helps you

The Perfect Eye Liner

I love this liner. It’s easy to apply and stays put, doesn’t smudge or run. Washes off easily at night and does not irritate my eyes. I wear it along water line and it holds up perfectly. Unbeatable, especially for the price!

Easy to use and lasts

This is a nice eyeliner which does not bother my sensitive eyes, it glides on smoothly and stays put all day. The color is a great neutral that goes with most.

Great Eyeliner but...

I do like the color of this eyeliner very much. It goes on easily but if you need to touch it up, for instance to make the line a bit crisper, it's almost impossible to get that done. I usually use a Q-tip with a bit of water on it to crips my eyeliner, and this technique does not work for this eyeliner. I tried a bit of lotion on the Q-tip next and that work somewhat. So I doubt I'll order this again because I cant improve the look of it once it's on.

Dried out

Unfortunately this eyeliner was dried out. It doesn’t draw and the tip breaks off each time you twist it up:( Not able to use it
