Great value

I’m on my own for the first time in fifty years, I installed this myself with no snafus. The directions were simple to follow, to install on my existing door. I did have to chisel the door jam a little as this plate was slightly bigger than the previous one, but that was easy enough as well. It looks great and was an easy and affordable update to my condo I could do myself.

These are OK but they are NOT new

Come in contractor boxes. Parts look like they are thrown in box. You save a few bucks but, might get one with scratches or missing parts.

YES, CHROME!

Trying to match what was existing in my new house. Nobody had this in chrome. Perfect match!

Hardware is great....packaging is NOT

I ordered 13 of these door handles. The quality is amazing and is very solid and looks beautiful The problem is, they all are packaged in one big box and each handles and parts are in separate smaller boxes with one "complete" set in each box. ALL the boxes are all open and the metal parts are scattered inside the big box AND some parts are missing. I was lucky and none of the satin nickel finish was scratched during the shipping but it really could be a problem. Obviously Amazon has a ton of these and they are shipped out in the numbers needed. They look like they are not for individual resale.

Love kwikset but

All my locks are kwikset and this one more closely matched an exterior entry handle but the quality of this one was more on the average side. I didn't love it, so I ended up exchanging for another kwikset style that by far (for $15 more) was far more 'solid'. It's not bad by any means, however, it's probably overpriced for what it is. It also didn't close as well as my new one which makes me happier I spent another $15 (still on a kwikset) but am happier with the style, value and quality.

It’s great but not the delivery

This product is great but Amazon placed it in a vinyl envelope no stead of a box and it was all loose in the envelope when I received it !
