Spins like a top...

This is a great quality product, but my wife & I don't like how freely it spins around. The problem isn't that it spins 360 degrees, it's that it spins so easily; like it's broken or something. I simply wrapped a rubber band around the base of the pump before inserting it, and now the added friction allows it to spin 360 degrees; just not like a loose wheel.

Easy to use and refill.

It was an easy installation from above and the soap container is easy to fill from above. I am satisfied with it.

Beautiful Gold Fixtures!

I love the look of these three items in my kitchen. The ‘Brushed Bronze’ is a deeper, more antique gold while the brushed gold is softer, more champagne. I ended up ordering 5 total items and returning 2 because the colors differed. I called Kraus who told me the finishes are consistent across products. They suggested I returned the incorrectly colored items back to amazon and reorder. I did that and my replacement items were all the right color. I did not install these myself so I can’t speak to the ease of that. But all three items work well. The faucet works well and is easy to use. The hose is easy to use with one hand and goes back into the faucet body very easily. The water faucet does what its supposed to do. Some have reported it dips after you turn it off. This is not something I have experienced. The soap works well, no drippage. I use blue dawn dish soap. All in all, I’m very happy with the purchase! Good looking, but stiff mechanism

Amazed at these good reviews. Very difficult to press for soap. Bought two, and they were the same. It should not be “work” to get soap out of a dispenser. Unusable.

NO issues after 6+ months of use!

Before buying, I read many reviews on this dispenser about soap clogging. We decided to keep this Kraus despite the reviews and ordering a few other black dispensers because 1) we liked the spout shape 2) it matched our Kraus sink 3) we wanted black and 4) it was a terrific price. It was installed in Aug 2019 as part of our kitchen reno but I waited until after 7 months of use to write a review to see how it stood up to the test of time & use. We are a family of 4, including 2 teenagers. We home cook so the kitchen is in high use. We use the Costco brand of liquid dish soap to refill. And....IT DOES NOT CLOG and it works perfectly well. If your soap is clogging, try another brand. But for the look, materials, functionality, and price, this dispenser is PERFECT.

Stop working after 5 months

Extremely disappointed. The pump ain't pumping anymore after 5 months" I cannot even replace it. Next time I will go to Home Depot!
