Sprayer is awful. Faucet is nice.

Faucet was as expected. We had looked at it in a store first. We clearly didn’t look hard enough because the sprayer is so cheaply made that I am wondering if it’s even a Kohler product. Very happy with the faucet so far. Have only had it for 1 week. Easy to install. Like the stainless finish. Does not look cheap. I gave it 3 stars because of the poor quality of the sprayer that came with it.

We Will Buy Kohler in the Future

Bought this and when it was installed it leaked. We called Kohler and the trouble-shooter spoke with the installer. after describing the issue the Kohler rep said they would send one which should arrive in the next several days. When I told the rep that this was the final item being installed in the our new kitchen, which had been out of service for 5 months during the house remodel, she said, "We will get it there tomorrow." She made it happen. A year later, the replacement still works perfectly and looks great. With that sort of service. we'll use Kohler for every future plumbing fixture purchase.

Beautiful shiny Faucet

This faucet replaced one of those with the spray in the nozzle which I hated because the nozzle had to be tightened or it would fall out. It was also difficult to shut off completely as you had to hit just the right spot. This one shuts off easily and completely. In addition I got rid of that nasty soap dispenser that I never used because it looked so unsanitary and replaced it with the spray which works beautifully. The Kohler SN is a polished nickel and is very shiny.

Quality name - not quality product

The faucet itself is nice and works well. The sprayer is so horrible that the entire point of the faucet is totally degraded. I replaced a Kingston faucet/sprayer with this Kohler faucet/sprayer. the Kingston sprayer was sold metal and had high velocity spray. The Kohler sprayer is light weight plastic that barely has enough weight to stay upright in the holder. Also, and the most disappointing thing is that I could spit with more force than the sprayer. Water oozes out rather than actually spraying. I have disassembled it and cleaned out everything I could get at, but it still is sooo weak. I would not recommend this product to others.

Love the style, look and feel. I initially thought I'd never use the 2 different functions of the spray handle but now that I've been using it I'd never go back. It has great design and functionality while looking stylish

Absolutely love my faucet and sprayer!!! - only issue was the sleeve for the sprayer was missing - called Kholer and they shipped it out. Received a week later.
