Works great. Like New item saved for money

Updating a bathroom and needed a new Shower Arm. Quality and finish to my expectations from Kohler. Flange locks down with allen screw. Decided to buy a like new item from amazon warehouse to save a few bucks and the item was truly like new.

Good product you’re paying for the name but Kohler always has fallen through with their very well received reputation in the plumbing Industry high-quality very well-made and heavy and you’re getting what you’re paying for

The chrome finish is so perfect you could use the reflection to shave. Everything is metal. Excellent quality.

Premium quality

I wanted a shower arm that would extend far enough away from the tile to hold a show head and wand system. This was perfect. The cable for the wand has the right clearance. Looks great.

Quality thats worth it

Kholer products are good value for money,changed out this arm after 13 years of the prior Kholer one.

Make sure you have a shower water spray diagram and the right length - too short / wrong angle

There are different length and size options. I thought I had ordered the longest, however, even this length wouldn’t have let the shower head be in the property place. Nothing wrong with quality of product. It’s a plated piece of expensive metal. But worth if the right size to complete the KOHLER look. I tested with the KOHLER shower head and it would have been very awkward and not proportioned / bent to accommodate the circumference of the head to arm. I haven’t purchased another yet as I need one longer than this but properly positioned in relation to my four KOHLER body sprays and rainfall system. Might try non KOHLER if the color matches. This is the cheapest of KOHLER products and provides only aesthetics.

Stupidly expensive pipe, I'd give it 5 stars if it was half the price. Still, it looks great with our Kohler shower head and it will last forever so I chumped up even though it's insultingly expensive.
