Original review: I have lost count of how many different kinds of tissues I've tried and hated. They were either too thin so I had to fold them three times for them to hold together and/or there were no clear fold lines. But worst of all: they shed lint that would get on my clothes and irritate my allergies. But I've found the solution in these triple-ply, ultra soft tissues that arrived today. There's zero lint and the need to fold them multiple times is gone. One fold through the middle is all it takes to have a large, excellent, efficent tissue. I will be a happy life-time user of this product. The boxes I received look nothing like the designs on the product page but I don't care. I always use a box cover. In my photo it looks like the box doesn't sit level, but it does. That lean is just the result of my having tilted the camera a little bit and I was too lazy to take anther photo. UPDATE: Well, these aren't three-ply when you get past the first few you remove from the box. After that, they're two-ply. I knocked two stars off my review because of that, but they are lint-free so just for that they deserve three stars. I've read reviews that mention how few tissues are in the box versus other cubes they've purchased. That bothered me a little before I ordered because I am using tissues day and night due to my allergies. I ordered anyway and I'm extremely happy I did. They're well worth the extra cost per tissue. Quality over quantity works for me.

Like 2 ply kleenex

This is great kleenex. Not a fan of 3 ply, so this is soft and absorbent.

These tissues produce fluffly bits that are hard to get rid of making a mess, not worth having.

I disliked the fact that after the first couple of tissues came out of the box, littles pieces of paper started coming out in fluffy bits, that were hard to get rid of and made people sneeze, or get allergies to, as they could fall all over the place, and make a mess, be swalloved by infants, and animals, and were a messy hazzard to the general public. I would prefer in future what I requested, the pouches of Kleenex tissues, handy to put in your bag or pocket, as I need these for taking out on appointments, not the boxes, which are a hinderance to myself and my elderly mother, as we try to handle them, whilst having Covid, and colds and coughs. Not at all helpful, and if I had found this out before opening them, I would have returned them to you directly. Please don't send anymore cube shaped boxes of tissues to me in my subscribe and save, they are a waste of time and money. I would like the Pouches of 10 in multipacks please from now on, as I have just had to order a fresh batch of, due to these messy boxed tissues. I am not at all happy with their substitution. Back to their original softness!

These tissues are beautifully soft once again. Thank you Kleenex for going back to the original formula. I use a lot of tissues, suffering from rhinitis (runny nose) and many tissues are just too rough and continual use leaves me with a sore nose. I discovered Kleenex Ultra Soft Tissues some years ago and have used them ever since but a couple of years ago the formula changed and they weren't much better than other tissues. I was very disappointed so tried other tissues but none were as soft as the original Kleenex Ultra Soft. I cautiously decided to order them again and was delighted to find they are now as soft, if not softer, as they used to be and I no longer have a sore red nose! So a note to Kleenex, PLEASE DON'T CHANGE THE FORMULA FOR THESE TISSUES AGAIN!

Cost-cutting and no longer SOFT

So in the space of two years Kleenex has seen fit to reduce the number per box from 64 to 56 and now 48 in 2022 - with no corresponding price decrease of course - but even worse, they've changed the composition of the tissues, they are no longer 'super soft'. Gone is the smooth silky consistency of old and in with this rough scratchy replacement. I dread to think what their regular tissues must feel like now if they're passing this off as soft. Well done on ruining what was once a perfectly good product Kleenex.

Avoid the new version

Been getting the 12 x 56 cubes for a while, all good, 5 star. There are now 2 versions. The new version is only 12 x 48, so about 14 percent less in terms of quantity but also, not as soft anymore, not worth the price now...

Good tissues, poor box design

These tissues are great, but don't buy them in the cube boxes. They are a strangely elongated cube shape, which has a tiny opening and this often means they are difficult to get out if it is the first one or if the previous tissue hasn't pulled the start of the next one up.
