Took time but it was worthy!

At first it was missing a few parts which discouraged me and almost felt like returning it. Nevertheless, I went for a first, to contact Kingston by email and see if they will send those missing parts. If they wouldn't then I would had return the whole unit, nothing to lose. Kingston was fast, responsive and kind and, with some proof of my purchase, my parts arrived and I installed this beautiful piece. It is my second Kingston unit. Instructions were not the best for someone who has no knowledge of plumbing but YouTube and other sources have the guidelines. I am happy with the unit and why five stars? Because of quality, looks, price and customer counter and although someone forgot to put all parts when he clocked out at work, they fixed the mistake within a week.

Great Style and high quality at a fair price

I had trouble finding a similar brass faucet to replace an older deteriorated faucet. Nothing to see at big box stores or local hardware store. Kingston brass has a huge selection of various faucets and this was a close match. The solid brass faucet is high quality. Simple to install. It arrived well packaged with all needed parts except for supply tubes. The price was reasonable and much cheaper at Amazon than the Kingston brass site itself. A great purchase exceeding my expectations on quality and looks.
