Don't take the chance...

Let me start off by saying the -manufacturing- of the invidual pieces is excellent, and exactly what I've come to expect from products made in Taiwan (which is why I ordered it). The metallurgy is high quality, and brass is machined nicely. The only plastic is the lever on the sprayer. What needs to be understood about this brand (and others with a similar biz model) is how they produce, assemble, and distribute the product. The foundry, machining, and finishes are done in Taiwan. Then, a variety of components are acquired by companies in the U.S. where the generic parts (handles, spouts, etc) are assembled and combined to create different models and styles... THAT is where problems begin. Knowing about their business process beforehand, I took a gamble as to whether the correct parts would be in the box. I lost the bet... KB got it wrong (typically) at their assembly facility in Chino, California. They put the wrong hose in the box, so it doesn't seal properly with the sprayer. Normally, this wouldn't be a big issue, except this company has a -horrendous- customer service reputation. Check other KB models or visit Yelp. TAKE NOTE: there are a few 'shill' reviews on Yelp (probably employees in Chino), and I suspect quite a few here on Amazon as well. Also, the holder for the side sprayer lacks a protective sleeve at the end of the threads on the underside, so everytime you pull the sprayer out, the hose scrapes along the sharp edge of the threads on the fitting... it had already start to fray with just testing a couple times. We were not willing to wait 2 - 4 weeks just to get a response, so we returned this item the next day (Prime) and ordered a Moen 8242. It's unfortunate that poor quality control in California is ruining what could be an excellent value for consumers seeking all metal fixtures. The bottom line: until the manufacturer (in Taiwan) finds another partner in the USA, this 'brand' will be a crap-shoot: we rolled snake eyes.

This faucet looks great, however it makes a very loud whistling sound when running water.

Don’t waste your money!

Looks nice, but first the cheap supply line, that was included, failed and flooded our kitchen. After paying to have that fixed. The diverted valve failed and it barely works at all. Of course, this happened after the 30 day return window had closed. Spend your money on something that a company will stand behind.

Amazing quality for the price

This faucet is INCREDIBLE. Not only is the finish nice, each piece is highly crafted, and the sprayer is one of the only ones I've ever seen that is actually of the same durable, heavy metal and not cheap plastic. You definitely will not find many sinks of this quality at this price. It works beautifully.

Nice quality - especially the sprayer.

It has 5 hoses that need to be connected. No problems, no leaks, and solid quality, but the number of connections may concern some people.
