Decent faucet with some assembly issues

I really needed to replace my old kitchen faucet. I decided I wanted to spend the extra money to get something with a sprayer. I first ordered this through Amazon Warehouse since it said it was in perfect condition and it was a little cheaper. Not so much...my Grandfather/Plumber could not get the spout screwed onto the part of the faucet that comes out of the wall. He spent a good 30 minutes on it and finally gave up. We determined that the threads were damaged, possibly from someone trying to screw the two pieces together. So I contacted Amazon, returned the faucet and ordered a brand new one. When the new one arrived, I decided to try to screw the two pieces together before calling my Grandfather over to work on it. After about 20 minutes, I managed to get them screwed together, but not all the way. I called my Grandfather and told him he might want to make sure he can get the pieces joined all the way before he went through the ordeal of removing the old faucet, again. If we couldn't get this one to work, I was going to return it and get a cheaper one without a sprayer since almost all the options with sprayers are from Kingston Brass and I figured they would all have this same issue (although other reviews make me think I just have bad luck). After another 15-20 minutes he managed to get the spout attached all the way, so he was able to fully replace the faucet. It's a nice faucet, the sprayer is really handy, although surprisingly heavy so you have to be careful not to drop it as I'm pretty sure it would break. Since I live in an old house, I have a portable dish washer. I realized right away that my dish washer would not hook up to this faucet as it is, so I had to take the end off my old faucet and I put that on when I run the washer. I also noticed that, even though we managed to get the spout attached, it's not attached as much as it should be since water will run out between the bottom of the spout and the portion that comes out of the wall while I have my dish washer attached. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it. I think for the price though, the threads should be properly cut the first time and you shouldn't have to spend so much energy just trying to screw the two main pieces together.

Finally got the correct part installed good except missing two parts not sure what they were i added two o rings and all is good

So pretty! Kingston brass does it again. We LOVE using Kingston brass. It feels and looks great. Would definitely recommend.

NOT BUILT TO LAST

This is the second of this faucet in one year's time! The actuator (the dealibob that controls the on and off water flow to the side sprayer) keeps going bad! So you start hearing this clunking when you use the sprayer and your sprayer goes from spraying nice and strong to the water pressure slowly diminishing. Then on the second faucet, the handle broke hot water handle broke off! Unbelievable! Can't reach the company, leave messages, they don't call back! I LOVE THIS FAUCET. But it is NOT MADE TO LAST. It feels heavy, the sprayer metal. It's really pretty. BUT IT SUCKS!

Amazing faucet, a LOT better value than the $1000+ ...

Amazing faucet, a LOT better value than the $1000+ ROHL unit I was considering. Looks, feels and works extremely well and matches perfectly with the old glazed cast iron sink we mounted it on. Highly recommend this for any kitchen refit where such a unit is required.

DOES NOT LIVE UP TO THE PROMISE

We purchased this product for our new sink. Within 2 months many of the joints were loose. Within 5 months the sprayer stopped working and the faucet started leaking profusely! It’s an overpriced, unreliable product. On top of that, their customer service is utterly unresponsive—we called them on multiple occasions to get a replacement and they sent one part that was the wrong finish. And the sprayer replacement is still not here after 10 weeks.

Great wall mount kitchen faucet

We have the new wall mount faucet with sprayer installed in a late 1800's restored Victorian kitchen. With the country sink and butcher block counter, it is a great addition to the authentic look of the kitchen. The faucet works great, the extended projection was a necessity with the size of the sink and the sprayer is a nice addition.

Great taps

I removed my old taps and installed the new ones in about 1.5 hours without any issues. They look just as good as expected. Excellent value, I would highly recommend.
