Lots of water!!!

So far so good. Installed and husband said the quality is good. This product uses 2.5 gallons per minute. Not sure if that was in the description, but I looked it up on the manufacturers website. EXACTLY what we were looking for. Provides a nice rain like feel and is strong enough to wash shampoo out of my long hair. I noticed that bc of so much water coverage I had to turn down the temperature a bit. With my other shower head I was hardly covered so to stay warm enough I had the water temp up practically all the way. Enjoyable shower.

Installed in brand new home with great water pressure. This item looks great and does not leak. Water doesn't come out of some of the showehead holes, but works great for the most part. The cost is great for what you get.

Great product!

The item is great, just be sure you want a really long pipe holding it. The pipe was too long for our shower, but the rainhead is excellent!

I live in my own spa

I had to wait until my home was built, but the wait was worth it. The size is great and the head hasn't clogged nor does it continue to drip after the shower is turned off. I haven't used the drop rod, as it needed a different pipe arrangement ((the escutcheon is affixed to the pipe). Still I am very pleased.

AVOID - Bad Design, Poor Quality, A Plumbers Nightmare ....

AVOID. - Let's start with the major design problem. This 'thing' has a non-standard design that is real a nightmare to install and service. It was designed by someone with no plumbing or engineering competence. THE COVER PLATE AND THE ARM ARE ONE PIECE AND CANNOT BE SEPARATED! This creates numerous problems and limits how and where it can be used. The fitting connection is INSIDE the cover plate and it is female but cannot be accessed (held or tightened) during install/maintenance because the cover plate is fixed - not movable. This means that unless your connection pipe (tail piece) is magically the EXACT correct length, you have a problem. Even if it is magically the correct length, you still have problems like tightening and servicing unless you have convenient access to ceiling and receiver fitting. All this requires 2 people. The other way to install involves using a nipple extension between the arm and a recessed fitting in the ceiling and only install/mount the receiver fitting afterward to get the magic length BECAUSE WITH THIS DESIGN THERE IS NO ACCESS AND THERE ARE NO MOUNTING TOLERANCE/ADJUSTMENTS. The ORB color/finish is also non-standard (a solid dark brown with no bronze, brass or matalic highlights) and does not match other manufacturers. Regarding the shower head itself, it is of poor quality - thin metal only with no silicone insert at nozzles. This design/construction is particularly bad if you have even moderately hard water.
