It worked.

The price was right and served its purposed. It arrived quickly and was easy to install. It seemed a durable piece of equipment

Disappointed at the build quality

The actual fixture was a big disappointment for the following reasons: 1) The fixture is plastic, with a brass finish 2) The head does not rotate to an adequate degree, putting unnecessary stress on the shower pipe 3) I can already tell that the shower-handle rest will break in the same place as the fixture I bought this to replace.

plastic part, cracks easily. leaks.

I received my Kingston handheld shower and followed the instructions, but the plastic parts cracked upon tightening with a wrench, as instructed. fail!
