Excellent water filtration faucet

I just installed this and had to buy quite a few parts to get this installed properly. Also learned that if you're using a 1/4" plastic line, you need to use the nylon compression washers instead of the metal type because the metal will dig into the plastic and cut it causing a leak. There was one nylon compression washer included with the faucet, but would have been better if they included 2. It's a measly 5 cent part at the most. I also wished that manufacturers of these type of faucets would use 3/8" instead of 1/4" water supply lines. This would make the install soo much easier. The positives of this faucet is that it looks fantastic and works buttery smooth. No issues with getting the handle on the spline.

Incredible quality for a fraction of the cost compared to most popular brand names. So many pluming products these days are plastic, this is truly a high grade plumbing fixture. Will keep this brand in mind for future purchases.

Like the design, could be better

The faucet looks and functions perfectly. The problems I had with is was the set-screw that holds the handle on could bit inset more, so as to be more invisible. Also, the handle was very hard to get onto the spline shaft. The faucet also has a bit of play in the spout. Nothing too terrible, but for the price, I'd expect it to be rock solid. UPDATE: 9/3/2015: Plastic washer that helps keep this attached to the counter broke. I contacted support, they said they would send me out a replacement. 1 month has gone by, no $0.40 plastic washer. I've contacted them a few times in that month, but they won't reply. Disappointing.
