Poor quality and poor customer service. Do not buy!

This company makes nice looking, worthless products. I had this faucet installed with a bathroom remodel and it leaked from the hot side from the beginning. Ok, no big deal, contact the company and get a replacement cartridge. Not so fast..I didn't have the receipt..lost in the remodel shuffle. But then it started leaking from both sides from the faucet housing itself..pin hole leaks. I went to customer service again with photos. Nope. Not interested. Sorry, no receipt, no help. Never mind the product warranty says 10 years and this is an obvious defect. So, Kingston Brass is a definite DO NOT BUY. Expect the product to fail due to casting and other defects. Other reviews show similar issues. Avoid!
