Awesome Vintage Look !

Product was easy to install. This was a replacement for a toilet supply valve that is in plain sight. We've gotten many compliments on how nice it looks. It's definitely a very nice addition if that is the look you are after. We liked it so much, we installed one in in the other bathroom in oil-rubbed bronze. When installing, be sure to clean the copper pipe well and to use plumber's paste liberally on the threads to ensure you get good compression of the ferrule to the copper piping. It's a very solid all-brass valve.

Good quality, fit and finish

These valves are not only beautiful in person, but appear to be excellent quality and much heavier duty (solid brass?) than others we have used in the past from Brasscraft. Another plus on these valves is the action - it only takes a quarter turn to open/close them vs. the multiple turns needed for many of the lower-quality valves out there.

Nice finishing touch to match fixtures

Brushed nickel matches my fixtures very well. installation onto standard 1/2” copper pipe as typical with others.

Great price and well made!

Nice chrome, well made and a great price. The cap are off a little but if you add a little silicone to the threads you can spin them in and have them line up straight in the open position!

Came home from an extended stay away, to a leaking wet bathroom

I think the soft goods in the compression nut shrank after the cold season came in. This valve developed a slow drip for a few days while I was away. Thankfully, damage was minimized. I tightened the snot out of it and the leaking has ceased. Be careful with cheesey foreign valves...they may cause way more damage than the money you'd save versus buying a domestic equivalent (if you can find one).

Quality Valve

Beautiful. nice finish and fabrication. Easy to install. One caution...this 1/4 turn valve is very easy to open accidentally while connecting other plumbing connections.
