Beautiful and it will last forever

I love the solid Kingston Brass quality so when we built a new house we used Kingston Brass fixtures throughout. The heavy chrome just sparkles and they will last forever!

great and shiny solid brass ends

The ends are very heavy solid bras, the middle pole is thin hollow. Installation as it should be, fast simple and normal.

Put this one in downstairs loo. We had this style in master bath for towel bars, loo paper and faucets. Love the look

Purchased to match Metropolitan cross handle faucet....and toilet handle. Very happy with it...looks wonderful in our 1910 Craftsman

Towel bar

Looks beautiful and was easy to install. One con: feels loose in the sockets- could not tighten it.

I expect a credit for returned item.

Here's the deal, ordered 2 towel racks. One was shipped without assembly parts. We did return that and kept the other. Manufacturer shipped replacement rack, plus a second one. We returned the extra rack as the manufacturer requested and we EXPECT a credit which they have refused. I need to speak to an associate.

Manufacturer's Packaging Is Careless

Packaging from manufacturer was horrible. The parts for this towel bar are all just tossed into a box together with no padding of any kind to keep them from sloshing around. The heavy brackets are allowed to bump around next to the rod, which results in the rod getting quite dinged up. I'm not taking small superficial dings, I'm talking significant, obvious dents. The towel bar itself might be fine, but it is unusable the way it arrived.
