Looks nice... works ok

It's Ok... works for a while and then the "spring-side" of the holder ends up popping off. The screw loosens inside occasionally and as long as my wife finds all the parts she can put it back together (because of the spring mechanism the pieces tend to shoot everywhere). Told her next time it happens I will come up with a more permanent fix.

The spring-loaded spool broke within a few months of purchase. Kingston Brass does not carry spare replacement parts for small items like toilet paper holders and did not offer to replace the item. So, I wasted $50 on a useless toilet paper holder. Don't waste your money.

Very pricey and pretty, but the spring side of the brass roller popped out (does this all the time) and the screw that holds it came lose inside the cylinder. No way to reattach it. Very poor engineering! Now looking for a new roller.
