Excellent Quality

Was pleasantly surprised by the build quality. I was expecting the usual, mass-produced-for-cheap quality, but that is not this hanger. The chrome plating is mirror smooth and is applied thoroughly. The assembly is solid and "meaty" and the hook stays put (does not move around because of some poor design flaw). The wall mounting hardware is very standard and the set screw holds nice and tight. All in all, very pleased.

Does not have a good hook

Our hooks don’t actually go up. So whenever I put a towel on the hook it just falls right off. So frustrating. It was installed before I could send it back so we are just dealing with it for now.

Useless anchors and screws

Nice looking robe hook. The included anchors and screws do not secure the mounting bracket to the wall. The screws are longer than the closed-end anchors leaving the bracket about 1/8" off the wall. Luckily, I was able to use the existing anchors and screws from the hook that this one replaced. If this had been a new install, I would have to either cut the end off the anchors or use aftermarket anchors and screws.
