Perfect grate

I love that it has handles, holds a lot of food at one time. Cheaper than buying those grilling screens and it cleans up easily.

Sides need to be a bit taller.

Easy to clean, non-stick and gets great grill flavor. Sides just need to be higher.

Don't clean it with your grill brush

Well should have put two and two together. Said don't use sharp utensils. But got done grilling and used my grill brush. The finish came right off, my fault? I guess so, rating is because just didn't think it would have been an issue. Thinking, may take the non-stick off an still use since half is already gone.

Warps

Nice and sturdy. Heats up well, but warps when it gets hot. Flattens back out when it cools. Not really a problem that I can see, as burgers cook up nicely. I’m sure chicken, etc would also.

Not-So-Dedicated Service Team

I emailed the general Kingsford Consumer Care because I had a "sticking" problem on my "non-stick" grill topper. I was delighted to be told that "We have a dedicated team who handles questions and requests about this product, and we would like to put you in touch with them." What luck! So I emailed the dedicated team . . . and never heard back! (Eventually I solved the problem myself and have liked using the grill topper - but I'll go with a different brand in the future.)

You might want to spray it first.

We used this on Father's day to bar-b-que thin pieces of pork. Bar-b-que sauce stuck terribly. Let it soak an scrubbed with a brush and most came off. Will spray with cooking spray next time.

Great grill topper

The Kingsford Heavy Duty Non-Stick Grill Topper I purchased on December 4, 2020 from Amazon is such a delight. I've had such wonderful meals -- this topper is amazing, seriously, I feel like a chef. It is easy to clean, and I can use it on my gas grill at high temps. My food never sticks, and I am relieved since I purchased 4 toppers before finding this gem. I can't wait to purchase more Kingsford products! I liked your Facebook page too.

Good for kbbq. Difficult to clean

The nonstick coating comes off pretty easily. It also warps on the grill but all of these type of grills do. Good for Korean bbq but cleaning this thing will ruin your sponge because of the “kingsford” lettering

Not as described!

Used the same day it arrived.Put on BBQ under medium heat, began to warp right away ! the Teflon coating scraped off on the bottom of pan from moving on grill, coating will come off even using a plastic utensil! Followed care instructions included with tray.Already has started to rust on bottom were coating came off.Doesn't clean as easy as described.Overall disappointed with this product from Kingsford.
