small footprint when folded

I received today and pulled out of the box. Nice carry case. Super easy to set up. Comfortable. Super easy to tear down. Stored in it's case till I need at the campsite! I will be purchasing more from this company! The quality is hands down a 5 star rating! Thank you!

Bought two of this design, both broke in different ways

First, the brand I bought was Marchway but it's the exact same design, apparently rebranded. I bought one in 2018 and another in 2020. On one the canvas seat ripped about a year ago, and on the other one of the plastic hubs the poles connect into just shattered while I was sitting in it. I will say I way 230 pounds, and also admit maybe a 3-5 year lifespan is reasonable given the cost. However I'm not satisfied with the reliability and will not buy another of this design again. I noticed they redesigned the main connection system so it may solve plastic hub problem (at the same time admitting the design flaw), so maybe it's worth the risk for newcomers.

Worth your while

I was gifted this chair for my birthday. The first time I used it fishing I lost one of the feet. I contacted customer service and they authorized the shipping of 2 feet at no cost from the factory, no charge. They were shipped from China and took about 2 weeks to arrive. Outstanding customer support! Very comfortable chair! Be aware that the feet are not permanently attached. I might recommend gluing them on or maybe drilling a small hole and securing the foot with a cotter pin. I found some slender and long cotter pins and drilled a hole through the foot and chair leg. The hole is about 1/2 inch above the end of the leg end. I’m sure I’ll never loose another foot again! Well worth the price and wait!!! Thanks
