Arrived with glass shattered

A little disappointed. The frame is nice but the glass came broken and the corners damaged. Many of the reviews complained of the same thing and I still took a chance and purchased anyway. ???? Update: I reported the damage immediately and a replacement was sent and delivered next day. The new one is perfect and because they were so quick to respond I have decided to increase my rating. Good customer service and prompt response time is really important!

Cracks and Size Issues

I didn't expect a super high quality item, I knew it was a plastic frame, but I did expect it to not be cracked. The bottom of the frame has a large crack that is thankfully not noticable if it's just standing on a surface and not hung and two small pieces on the inside that keep the glass in place were broken off. Also, the inside area of the frame is only 7x9 inches, so a very small bit on each side of the cross stitch piece I'm using it for is behind the frame. It is a cute frame and I'm only using it for the fall season, but I am worried how it will hold up in storage. I'll have to be extra careful packing it.

There’s no inset/insert

There’s no inset area to help line up and hold your photo or art into place so I couldn’t get my print centered. Also the corners tore when I tried to secure the backside back onto the frame. Good thing it is just the backside so no one will see it.

Cheap

The first order came with broken glass, the second the glass broke as I was hanging it. The glass is only held in place with the pressure of the back, so it (and the picture) move around very easily. The frames are nice looking if you can get them up without breaking or falling apart, but they are cheap otherwise.

stand broke off

I used this for a month for a Halloween photo. After 1 month the stand broke off the back. I only moved it to dust.

Great just one problem

It’s was great I love it look exactly like the photo on the site , just one small problem the glass was Sharp around the edges and they got cut so the glass needs to be sand down more

Budget frame

A little flimsy and cheap feeling, but looks good enough for the price. As other reviewers mentioned though, this is slightly smaller than 8x10.

Nice looking frame but made of thin plastic

First frame arrived broken. The thin plastic did not survive shipping. The 2nd frame was perfect and was packed in original blister packaging which leads me to suspect the first one was a return as it was just the frame in the box. For hanging an 8x10 photo, you can't beat the price. Yes, it is thin plastic but it looks good and will serve the purpose.

Great Frame for the Price

If you're looking for a heavy duty wooden frame, this isn't for you. This frame is a thinner plastic material, but don't let that discourage you. The final product looks quite impressive. I was looking for a black frame with a more ornate or Gothic feel without going over the top for a cross stitch project I completed, and this delivered! For a plastic frame, it's quite sturdy and it looks great! I highly recommend it.

Cheap plastic. Awful quality.

Arrived broken. Cheap plastic frame that is gaudy and terrible. I didn’t open it until the return window had already closed otherwise I would have sent it back for a refund. Save your money!
