Solid, easy to install, attractive shelf

I love this solid, attractive, wall art shelf. It was so easy to install on the wall. Through no fault of Kieragrace, my shelf was slightly damaged on the left side, which I touched up. Amazon packed the shelf with only one small piece of brown paper which allowed the shelf to slide around in the box during shipping and handling.

Nice shelf but does not come packed well to avoid possible damage

I suppose it may depend on what and all a person has in their order but mine was packaged with another item I ordered and it was only covered in plastic film inside the larger box. No cardboard covering the corners/edges...so as it slid some inside the shipping box the corners got ever so slightly damaged. I was lucky in that the damage is nothing I can’t camouflage with a black sharpie or paint and be satisfied with it. Overall the shelf looks really nice on the wall and I really like it. If it arrives with no damage I think you’d be pleased with this item.

Great for Pictures

The wall anchors are included to hang the pair of shelves I purchased. The finish is pretty standard for this type of shelf and neither shelf had any imperfections in the paint. I would only trust lighter pictures if you use the included wall anchors. I have several of this type of shelf in my home office and for heaver pictures I mount the shelves using the appropriate sized Zip-It or Pop Toggle anchors.

I think the idea of this ledge is great. You don't want the floating shelves to have things sliding off of it. However, it makes the shelf look even smaller. MAKE SURE you take measurements of this floating shelf before you buy it. It looks smaller than it does in the picture. My other floating bookshelves around the house is bigger, and looks a little less awkard than this one. However, installing it was pretty easy. it took about 20 minutes. I dont think I'll be putting books or anything on there, but it serves its purpose for me, to put some glasses and earplugs next to the bed.

Overall, I'd recommend.

These are good for the price. I didn't have any difficulty hanging them up and the provided hardware worked just fine. I'm hesitant to put much weight on them as I'm not sure how durable they'd be. But to hold my nick nacks, they'll work. Be warned, these came packaged with no stuffing or foam. They were just loose in the box knocking back and forth. Mine weren't scratched or anything, but I could see them ending up damaged easily if they don't change their shipping. (Each unit is only one shelf. I purchased two)

Perfect for my spices

Perfect for my spices! They arrived in great condition and installation was easy (well, I didn't install them, but my husband did). Couldn't be happier with how they turned out. Now my spices are easy to see and reach!

Nice shelf.

Arrived in good condition. Easy to hang with basic how-to skills. Wall anchors included. Need drill, hammer, screw driver. Would have been nice if manufacturer would have included template for drilling holes, I had to create my own. Overall, very pleased with shelf.

Great shelf for my picture

I bought this to hold up a frame that was not super sturdy and this has been a great solution as it can take the weight of the this glazed picture frame well and was a great solution at the time and far more reasonable than getting another custom frame. Looks nice too.

For the price this shelf is great but it is held back by poor packaging resulting in a high chance of the item arriving damaged.

I like this product it is very affordable and I believe it is of decent build quality not entirely sure what the material is here but don't get me wrong this isn't some kind of solid hardwood so don't throw it down the stairs but in terms mounting it to your wall throwing some pictures or such on it and leaving it there it will get by just fine. Now here's the issue that holds it back from the 5 star percentile like alot of other reviews state my shelf arrived damaged the way they ship this freaking sucks the blame needs to be put on both the manufacturer (NEXXT) and Amazon themselves. The manufacturer's packaging consists of plastic wrap and yup that's it so round of applause there. Secondly when Amazon ships it to you (at least in my case and I theorize alot of cases) They take the plastic wrapped shelf and shove it in one of their boxes and yup that's it now I found a small piece of paper in the box but nothing that will help prevent damage. I ordered it hoping I would get lucky but no you need to know that it is likely you will receive a damaged product because of the poor packaging the product is prone to having chips on a few if not all the corners of the shelf if you think that risk is worth it for the price like I thought then sure buy it. But what grinds my gears is how easily preventable this is Amazon's most common packing method of throwing brown paper in the box works alot of the time but this item requires for than that to keep it safe and Amazon has neglected that.

Awesome

This awesome little shelf was bought to hold my beard products and cologne,and I couldn't be happier. The installation was super easy and quick,it looks great on the wall and holds a good amount of stuff. Definitely recommend.
