Nice boots

Fit great and very comfortable. They keep my feet nice and warm in the rain and cold.

Like a Fortress Around Your Foot!

This is one heck of a boot. With a very stiff sole, composite toe, aggressive and thick tread, strong back heel area, and thick leather, you feel very protected, and yet it's still comfortable on the inside with good cushioning on the tongue and a nice insole that is also removable if you want to use something else. A couple things that stand out: -The toe box is more rectangular than oval and thus very roomy for the toes, which I like. In my 4th picture I set it next to a CAT work boot that has a more oval toe area, and you can see the difference. It feels like there's enough room for comfort without being loose. -This is the stiffest sole I've ever seen. If you put one hand on the heel and one hand on the toe and try to push together, bending it at the toe joint, it barely moves. I'm sure that will soften up over time, but I like it, and anyone with toe pain would probably find it delightful. -Regarding the brand KEEN. I was not aware they made work boots. They're more of a hiking/outdoors brand in my mind, so I was a little skeptical, but this is a very well-made boot. My kids have had KEEN shoes in the past and they far outlasted other brand shoes despite the beating given them by children, so I think these will last, too.
