I was torn about what size to order in this Kasper skirt. I wear a size 10 dress but a 12 in pants, so I went for the large. No way could I wear a size 8, the lower end of a medium, so I erroneously avoided that size. I wish I had ordered the medium because the waist in a large is too big for me. It measures 34.5" around, and that's without using any of the elastic in the waistband. The skirt sits loosely on my waist, with a small gap, which means it can turn and twist as I wear it. The fabric is a thin polyester jersey in vibrant blue colors accented with white. The two blues, plus white, makes it a little easier to find a top to go with it. I prefer white, but I have a navy top that doesn't look bad with it. It does show lumps as it falls unless you wear something underneath. Still, it's not necessary to wear a slip since the fabric, while thin, is not see-through. I really love how it looks. I just wish the large were a 10-12 as most large sizes are. -- Debbie Lee Wesselmann
