Did not impress me

I was so excited to use this thing when it came in the mail and bragged on it to everyone. However when I first used it and followed the directions, it did not cook my food thoroughly. It was difficult to get my food under it completely and cook evenly. Maybe it is easier to use on different foods but I definitely hyped this thing up too much to myself for what I wanted to use it on.

Easy to Use

The only issue I have with this is it is not as big as I thought it was. That is my fault for not reading the details. It is great for a single sandwich melt for any sandwich. Makes me look like I can cook, adding a twist to the common lunch sandwich! Worth the price, overall great product.

Worked well for 16 months until it lit up on fire

It worked well for 16 months until it lit up on fire. The cord seems to be quite weak, and it short-circuited and lit up on fire. Luckily the fuse broke the circuit, so nothing happened.

Mess in shipping- came with shoe lace with bad smell

I have ordered the used one and the shipping came with a shoe lace along with the toaster, very disappointed however I have started using it after a thorough cleaning. It works good.

Not what I expected

Although the ad showed u can do 2 sandwiches the press did not completely cover both. Only 1 half of the bread toasted. Not easy to clean.

The lid does not come down flat on the sandwich, definitely not what I thought.

Makes great, no splatter, bacon

I usually cook hamburger patties or bacon strips. Makes great bacon and you have no splatter. Bacon grease flows out the channel into a cup. The sad part is you can can only cook 4 strips of bacon at a time. Hamburger patties only 2 at a time
