A start, but not the same

Gold Toe Cotton Fluffies have been my go-to socks for years, in fact I am hoarding a supply that I stocked up on over time. These are not yet the same as the originals. I have attached a photo of the new darker grey pictured with two new pair from my stock, the Denim Heather is on the right. The newly purchased ones are 1.5 inches longer, I don't need the extra length. The new ones are not as thick as the originals, the cotton content is down. Thickness is more similar to the Gold Toe Shaggies of yesteryear. The grey of the new socks is darker, I like it for its variety but sure wish they could go back to the Denim Heather with the thicker, more comfortable cotton.

They never lose the fit.

Gold Toe socks are the best fitting socks I have ever owned. They are indestructible. I have 8 pairs that are over twenty years old. I wear these socks every day. An incredible product.

NOT over the calf. Just a crew sock.

Why these are described as being an over the calf sock I have no idea. You can stretch them over your calf but they fall down almost instantly. Just abother useless sock that slips.

aw shucks, it’s a sock sham!

two out of the three pair seem slightly defective, one sock is obviously smaller than the other, they don’t even come come close to looking the same, it is so weird. literally almost all of my socks are Gold Toe, and i know they vary, so, because i’m funny, there i am on laundry day, attempting to match 10 almost identical black socks and 12 brown by the slightest of shade, length, and texture differences, yeah, judge me if you must, i am going to complain when i buy mismatched socks, you best believe. these are from the reject bin, and they were not honest enough to sell them at the second rate, irregularity price, i feel. i would have not complained if i paid less than the going rate and got shoddy socks, but here we are, at the tiny violin concert, woe is me.

My husband truly loves these socks.

I don't think I've ever heard my husband rave about socks before he tried these ones! He is not really a sock person---he wears them, but he isn't into them the way I am. However, he must have told me ten times how much he loved these ones! He said they fit perfectly, like they were really designed for feet, as not all socks are. He loved the material. He is not a fan of wool, and the cotton/nylon/spandex blend felt great on his feet. I had to try these too, both to review and to see what he was so excited about, so I wore the gray ones for a day (the colors are terrific, too!) and I loved them too. They were designed for a man's foot, and were a bit big on me, which is another nice thing---that they actually have a design. My husband has asked me to get more socks like these, and that is great. Highly recommended!
