Looks great, inner bulb is not a problem

We read some of the other reviews about not having access to the inner bulb that glows through the base and I was a bit concerned about it. (Didn't make sense to me at all, though -- why build a light and then make it impossible to change the bulb?) In any case, when it came I took a look and it's definitely possible to change that bulb -- I might try to upload a picture of the access point, but I'm not near it right now. The only issue I have with it is that if you have the night light on and then go to turn it off, most of the time you first have to cycle past the bright "main" light when you want to turn out the light. So there's a brief, very bright lightning-like flash that can come as a rude shock if someone near you is trying to sleep or isn't expecting that bright flash. I dealt with it by unscrewing the main bulb a bit so it doesn't come on unless I screw it back in. The other option is to call out an alert before switching things off ("Hey, shield your eyes, here comes a burst of brightness") and that's what my partner does with the light on the other side of the bed. But the lamp is very solid, looks great, and I love the soft glow through the marble.

Very cheaply made EXCEPT the stone portion

I love the stone portion of the base with the light in it, and that’s about it. First, the gold portions look cheaply painted on. Whether or not that’s actually the case I don’t know, but visually that’s the appearance. Second, the cross hatching in the lamp shade is super visible when the light is turned on, so if switched on it looks like there is this grey hatching all over the shade. Third and finally, the top of the finial was so bent out of shape when it arrived the lampshade was insanely crooked. I couldn’t adjust this without using a set of sturdy pliers because the gold paint on it made it stuck in place. Bonus: there is a sticker on the front of the lamp on the stone portion than we can’t completely remove

I absolutely love this lamp! It is so beautiful. I love how the base lights up giving you a candle light glow. This lamp gives off so much light. The stone base is absolutely gorgeous. This is definitely a great buy!

Nice lamp for the bedroom nightstands

I’ve ordered quite a few lamps from Amazon and decided on this one. Love that there’s a 3-way switch with the first turn is like a night light in the alabaster. Very cool. Not super heavy either.

Exceeded expectations

For the price, this lamp is more solid and heavy than expected. The correct height for the bedside tables I have and throws off plenty of light. The glow of the base is a very nice touch.

This far exceeded my expectations. The quality is excellent for the price. Would definitely recommend. It feels sturdy, light switch is smooth and the base is solid.
