Gold Lamps ok

I guess I was expecting more from these lamps. There were 3 major flaws. One lamp had cracked chipped crystal knob. And the base plate is crooked Very noticeable. Other lamp the knob to turn on and off was bent badly. Can’t straighten out in fear it will break off. The black/silver cord is odd. Should be white or clear I’m thinking. Shades are small. I may change out. Seems small for my master bed nightstands. Gold bases are mustard gold in color. Easy assembly. Not too hard removing from box with styrofoam. But very tight fit.

PRETTY LAMPS

I looked for lamps for quite some time before finally ordering this set. The lamps arrived and were very well packed. You only had to put on the harp and the shade. One of the lamps was leaning slightly which was a bit disturbing. I reached out to the company that they came from and they could not help other than to advise I could return to Amazon for a refund. I chose to put the lamp that was leaning on the other end of my dresser so that the lean was not so obvious. Other than that they are nice lamps. I also noticed after ordering from Amazon the price dropped considerably so probably should have waited to place the order but noted there were only 2 left in stop so ordered them immediately.

Beautiful well made and packaged lamps!

These lamps are gorgeous and well made for the price! Assembly is a breeze. I only have a small problem with one of the lamp shades. It’s indented in one part which isn’t noticed when it’s turned the right way. I am going to contact the company about it but unless they can send me just a shade I’m not going to worry at all. My star rating would be a five otherwise. I love everything about these lamps from the off white shades with a pretty texture to the cord which is not a basic cord but is covered in a black/silver fabric. Now, getting the lamps out of the packaging is another story!!! The lamp shades were on the outside with most of the other components on the inside and then it seemed to be filled with styrofoam that solidified. Maybe I missed an easy way to get everything out but it was a MESS!!! Maybe that’s why one lamp shade messed up? I vacuumed my hair, self, walls, floor, the box, and the items 2 or three times haha!

Perfect lamp but….

These gold and crystal lamps are beautiful, quality and the perfect size. But the god-awful cord is gray/silver with a black end. Unfortunately I can’t hide it since I’m using them on my bathroom vanities! Gonna have to rewire them!

Nice lamp over packaged.

If I ever meet the bastard that designed the packaging for this????. My wife loves the lamps but it was a nightmare to get them out of the styrofoam. The lamp shades are slid over the styrofoam encased lamps but you can’t slide the shades off without using more force then I was willing to apply for fear of damaging the shades so I hade to try and break out the styrofoam in pieces. Now instead of several pieces of styrofoam there are a million tiny balls that stick to everything. One day after our garbage was picked our can is almost full. I’m sure all our neighbors are going to love us when the trash is picked as I’m sure there’s going to be styrofoam scattered all over. An environmental disaster.
