Great dress

Super flattering. Ordered the petite, still a bit long. Returning only for that reason.

Elegant!

First, this gown is beautiful, well made, expensive looking, better than the picture. Now for fit - i am 5 ft 1 1/2 inches; about 117 lbs. Measurements - about 35 - 31- 38. The stomach is always the issue, as I am 64. I bought an 8P and a 10P, not knowing what size I really needed. The 8 came today. It fits perfect at the hips, but a little bit big in the chest (no surprise to me). It was too long for me. No problem. I'll get it taken up. I am telling you all this, because I think the big issue buying clothes on line is the size. I looked at all the reviews and just needed some guidance as to what size I would be. Luckily, the 10 didn't ship yet, so I was able to cancel it. Thank you Amazon for your worry free return policy. This was purchased for my son's wedding in October. His bride approved of the black.

Fits Perfectly!

Bought this for my son's wedding. I came to Amazon because every dress I tried on so far needed to be altered, adding mucho buckos to the cost. It is such a gorgeous dress and my, is it ever flattering! It's a true fit- including length- and is "forgiving"- the top is just loose fitting enough to disguise love handles. No alterations needed.
