Good for the price

This isn't an expensive suitcase, and it shows. But it made a cross-country round trip without falling apart. I was worried that I might split the zipper, as it doesn't feel very heavy duty. But it is super lightweight and if you're a chronic overpacker it'll serve you well.

Love this brand but hate the wheels break

I’ve bought a half dozen of these because I love the lightweight for pulling it large distances when traveling to different cities and walking from train stations to where I’m staying. The wheels are complete junk. They break after a couple of trips. The company won’t ever respond (despite my multiple attempts and photos of the large pile of suitcases). I was really hoping to get new wheels for them since they are all new. Please improve the wheels!

Have purchased It luggage in the past. This suitcase broke the first time we used it, very dissappointed. They are not cheap.
