Oh the Drama, Would not Buy Again....

My pup got his snout caught in the grate of the door and it was very difficult to get it out. It sounded like he was being murdered. I just can't imagine leaving him in the crate while I'm gone (which was the purpose of buying the crate) and getting stuck without help. It's also a pretty wobbly construction. I would buy one from the pet store that could be examined for grate size and construction in real time. I could not return because I bought it before my pup arrived and then when it happened I was already past the return window. The company's customer service was unhelpful when I reached out. Will avoid this brand in future.

Best crate ever!

I hate the metal crates, but love the versatility of being able to open any side. Take one to work and travel as needed.

Unsafe

The crate weighs 4 lbs and it is supported by tiny flimsy plastic hooks and latches. Since most of the weight is in the top it could harm pet if those plastic hooks collapsed. The metal is no sturdier than crates costing $50. It is so heavy that it is not easily portable

Great crate!!

I ordered this for my 8 week old puppy and love it so far! Firstly, the aesthetics! I have lots of plants, wood, greenery in my decor so it fits right in and is much much more stylish than typical crates. This is honestly why I even purchased this kennel. Secondly, it was super easy to assemble. I’m not sure if it was because I purchased a Used - Very good one (it was simply shipped in damaged boxing but otherwise seemingly perfect condition) but it popped right up and I was able to snap it into place in less than 15 minutes. Two screws did fall out of the bag which made me concerned safety wise but I inspected the crate for a while and cannot find the place they came from so I’ve saved them and assumed extra. I did multiple safety checks to be sure before allowing my pup in! Lastly, the efficiency of door options. I definitely use the typical side the while I crate train but the “sky” door is sooo convenient for praise, handing your pup treats etc without having to continue to train them to stay since they cannot walk out. Only con is that while it folds, it’s a little clunky (due to being very structured - in a good way) so I wouldn’t think about traveling with it. Overall, I recommend.
