The storage containers were sturdy but two of the lids came broken. I called them and without a hassle they said they would ship out 2 lids. It took 2 weeks but I got them!

big fan of these weather tight bins

Been buying the weather tights for about 5 years now. This is the smallest version I've tried, chosen to divide up a bunch of stuff from my workshop & for the ability to stack with larger versions to help organize my workshop tools & work inventory. Definitely fit the bill. Just hunt for the multi packs & a vendor who's charging a fair price per unit.

Great product and support

I had ordered these items for the purpose of a dry box for 3D printing filament. When I received my order there was a single clip missing for one of the two totes. I contacted the company, they asked about simple make stamps on the bottom of the box and pictures of the missing latch. They shipped me replacement latches no questions asked. I am beyond pleased with the responsiveness of the company and they are American made products to boot. I will buy from them again as it was an all around good experience.

Returning because one came cracked

Boxes seem great at first glance. Wasn’t able to use because of the crack on one of them. The boxes are a perfect size for what I want to use them for so hopefully I don’t get any damaged in the second order. (Assuming it got cracked from being mishandled during delivery) UPDATE: Ordered again and wasn’t cracked this time but is missing one handle on one of the boxes. Tired of returning and ordering again so I’m just keeping. Still feels secure without that one handle.

Love the boxes, shipping not so much...

When the boxes do not come damaged from the shipping they are excellent. I have been purchasing them for years to separate teaching materials for workhops, arts and craft supplies and within the classroom. They stack great, hold enough weight with the latches holding tightly and are better quality than most of the ones I found previously. We live offgrid and do not have constant temperatures while storing and they do not create moisture. Another bonus is they have not let bugs into the boxes unlike some other brands. My only disappointment is ordering them, they areive with 1 to 2 broken boxes each time, and they want you to send the entire lot back to replace the broken item. To me, it makes more sense to return only the broken one. Now I have a plan to order say a set a month and will stack the broken ones up and return them all together when I have 6. I am still in need of accumulating more boxes.

Good bins with nice seals

These are better bins than other IRIS products. The plastic is fairly robust and the lids fit well. I plan to buy one more set - for storing craft supplies in my basement.

Really great storage container for items you want to kept safe and dry but….

We really like the iris storage containers and have been transferring different items we have in storage into these containers. Especially in our garage where humidity can be high in the summer months. Our concern is that we have to have patience because often the Iris containers will arrive with one having some broken components. We have to then send all for back because your package incense and try to get an exchange our refund and re-order. So keep that in mind when you order these bins that there might be a defect that you have to deal with but once you get a perfect set they are awesome.

These arrived as expected! They’re a good size and I really like the locking lids. They are a little pricey but the quality is good. Would buy again
