ordered twice the top piece and two times received bottom piece

Our experience: First time we ordered top piece, and we received the bottom piece; then we requested exchange for the correct desired top piece, again we received the bottom piece for a second time. Photos shown of the advertised item show clearly the top piece; however, we received twice the bottom piece. Obviously something is wrong with the advertising and the placed order. thanks

Material is not that great. Expected more
