Exactly as described

I don't know what all the fuss is about concerning "not like the picture." The Hillman Group 58026 3/8 x 1/2-Inch Natural Nylon Spacer, Number-10, 25-Pack , White spacers are exactly what they said. They are nylon, 3/8 inch in diameter, 1/2 inch long, and the hole is sized for a number 10 screw. The picture does look different, but obviously it is just there to give an idea of construction. I always go by the description because that is usually exact, as in this case. However, they are also exactly like the picture in general appearance.

NOTHING LIKE SEEN IN THE PRODUCT PICTURE

I needed a spacer with an inner diameter of 3/8 to 1/2 inch. At best the ones sent to me had an inner diameter of 1/8 inch. The lesson here one needs to go to their local hardware store when...wait for it...wait for it...you need hardware. What bothers me the written description fits the bill, apparently the box is mislabeled or the worker pulled the wrong box.

Inaccurate size

Did someone pull the wrong product or did it get mislabeled? The price is only good if you get the size you need. Going to the local hardware store next time. Very disapointed
