No more ants!

Works great, I followed another review suggestion and added petroleum jelly to the underside .

Smaller than you might think. I bought the 3 cup bowls. The ants havent been a problem yet, but the pincher bugs are able to climb the bowl & get in. I think the bowls are worth the $. Just smaller inperson than you might think. I reccomended measuring out cups of food into the bowl your using to get a feel of the size you need.

Really does keep the ants out. Wish I knew about these bowls years ago. We leave an extra bowl of dry catfood on a table in the backyard for the BlueJays & Doves, it's so nice not to have to throw food out

Helped with ant problem

I simply put some good coat of petroleum jelly inside the bend, ants can no longer reach food if left at night. Feels solid too.

We had ants visiting our dogs food in his old bowl every day until we bought this ant proof dog bowl. The ‘engineering’ is amazing! No more ants in my dogs kibble.
