Still great!

Bought this about 4 years ago. Still love it. Was regularly replacing metal assemblies due to losing their finishes. Was concerned about durability of this, and it is still in excellent condition. My family of five, wears out lots of things, but when I noticed how great this is still doing in our sink, I had to tell others. Don’t hesitate to buy!

Very happy with purchase!

I was super nervous to purchase this plastic drain basket. I am very dissatisfied with oil rubbed drains in both my kitchen and bath that don’t hold up… This still looks great 7 months after installation. I’m wondering if they sell a bath drain product as well. It may not be exactly the same in appearance, but it’s darn close and no one has ever noticed anything different except it still looks like oil rubbed bronze after many months of use!

This is actually a quite dark "Bone" color.

This is actually a quite dark "Bone" color. Much darker than it appears in the image and a lot darker than my sink.

Looks good - Didn’t last

Seemed like a decent faucet for the price - After only a couple of months of very minimal use it no longer shuts off - actually leaks a steady stream stream of water. Most likely will cost as much for repair kit if even available than cost to replace it. Should have paid up frnt for better guality & been done with it - Would not recommend at any price

Missing parts

Mine didnt come with the small drainpipe and the screw on drian stopper but they giving me a replacement part hopefully it comes with all the stuff but it feels nice and loooks nice

look just like oil rubbed bronze

after reading reviews of the finish coming off of metal ones, I reluctantly ordered these, but for the low price, I couldn't believe the quality once they arrived. They really look metal, no one can tell they are plastic unless I tell them. The baskets seem to be sturdy enough that I won't have to worry about them breaking. I've had them about a month now. Very satisfied with this purchase.

My husband is a Plumber - he orders these frequently

Great value, very durable, they do not chip or flake like a metal strainer. My husband is a plumber, we live near Sheboygan Wisconsin and his suppliers could not beat this price. My husband will always suggest to a homeowner to order a plastic strainer/basket if they are choosing a COLORED one Ex: white, black, oil rubbed bronze because plastic will not chip like a colored metal steel strainer. I attached 3 pictures of our kitchen sink. The Houzer strainers were installed five years ago. No dishwasher for this gal, LoL, and I do dishes twice daily. Great product! And knock on wood, Houzer has not increased the price in 5 yrs. In fact, the price decreased slightly with our last order.

These are great!

Yes they're plastic but they will hold up better and the price is reasonable. I believe those who say that the rubbed bronze finish can chip off of metal. There is no finish on these. The colour is the colour of the plastic.

Great value, but wrong colour

Great quality/value, however the color "black" is actually dark grey and did not match with my black granite sink.

Perfect match!

I needed a matte black drain to match my matte black faucet and this was perfect! It’s is ABS, not metal, which is fine as I know it won’t rust. The basket plug is great. So far so good. If I have any issues I will update my review.
