Quick and easy installation

I’m satisfied with this product. It was a little long for the area, but because it’s not one solid piece my husband was able to cut the bar down. This is in my children’s bathroom and is holding up well. So I am happy.

Nice quality item

I recently updated my kitchen & ordered this towel bar. It's quite a hando=some piece & matched some of my new hardware , as I hoped it would. I was pleased that this rod came with a mounting template too, making installation easier.

Hard to put on!

Something that should take no more than 15- 20 minutes to install took about an hour. I followed the templet to a tee. Taped my templet onto the wall made my holes where the screws should go right on the templet and said what an easy install this is going to be. Nope! Placed the towel bar onto the brackets or I should say tired to fit it on the brackets. The Templet is bigger than the actual towel bar! I had to cut the bar down about an 1/8 of an inch. If you don't have a way to cut metal you're SOL! I WILL NOT BUY DESIGN HOUSE BRAND AGAIN!!!
