When i 1st used it on 2nd swich it shut down after a few minutes. New bag, clean brush on industrial carpet with low profile. I use it mainly for work cord hastle fee in an roughly 20x20 feet a bit overkill but it work very well. I just wish the brush was way easier to clean instead of practically disasembling the whole bottom, and it takes a long time to clewn the brush, very impractical if u are usi g it in an area where theres gonna be hair on the carpet. I have to dehair the vacuum every 3rd day and it take 15 minutes to clean it 95% or better. The backpack version on battery (im using 12ah ones) is literaly a few times better then the upright. Ive literally dlbeen draining the 12ah batter on backpack on 2nd max speed switch and yet to have shutdown issues. I have the blower and the pwckpack as well the only reason ill keep the upright is if i get lazy to take out the wired one other than than that it works well on cleaning the floor. JUST WISH THE DA#N BRUSH WAS EASY TO CLEAN. I WOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN THIS VACUUMCIF I KNEW THIS BEFORE. 2nd issues is the shutdown issues but it runs perfect on the 1st on button setting and u can "occasionally" boost with 2 position

This thing is amazing when it works!

I’m on my 3rd vacuum sent 2 back. One would constantly plug up and the other one starts and shuts off burned up one of my batteries. Hopefully no problems with the next one.

Great vacuum works very well and the battery lasts almost an hour.

TERRIBLE

It took us 8 months to get a battery for the unit. Then used for 9 months and it stopped working. Becuase the battery took so long to get we are beyond the One-year warranty. Very expensive and doesn't work. I'm done buying Hoover products.

Mala aspiradora

Esta aspiradora a la primera no ensiende, no me fije que había una media y entro en la cañería, la sacamos pero dejo de funcionar definitivamente no encendió nuevamente, la batería esta cargada pero nada ( no la recomiendo)

Don't buy this product because you cant use it. Batteries doesn't come with it. You can't purchase the battery on their website. Currently sold out! Also batteries and charger cost $300

This vacuum is a timesaver it works amazing.
