Great water flow without modifying!

Great Product. Easy to install. Just make sure you don't get the water hose backwards. One end has a taper for the handle to fit into its holder. Water flow is excellent right out of the box. No modifying needed.

So relaxing and love it!

This is an amazing shower head. The larger pivoting shower head is a dream to use. It feels like I am standing under a rain cloud. I also love all of the settings. Even though I don’t and haven’t used all of them yet. I always thought that I had low water pressure but it turns out that my previous shower head was just terrible and this one solved the problem. Save my shower time and so relaxing as well. This setting is easy to adjust and installs in minutes, took me all of 5 minutes with no special tools needed. I highly recommend this one!

Simple Install / Perfect Solution

My wife wanted a new shower head that had both a fixed head and a movable handheld head for cleaning the shower. This unit was attractive due to its cost and easy install instructions so I was thrilled when the actual install was as easy as was described. Definitely would recommend this if you are looking for the solutions we were looking for.

Super easy to install. Powerful pressure on every setting. Finish match perfectly with my existing fixtures. Super well made/designed. Buying two more for the rest of the showers in my house!

it leaks

I was only able to install the shower head not the handheld part because it leaks. Also, there is no way to contact the seller to request a replacement for the broken part.

Item defective, unknown until after permitted return date

Bought as a gift for my daughter, only attempted to install yesterday, and main connection leaks, set screw doesn't tighten fitting, leaving fixture useless. I feel I should still be able to return this item.
