Pretty, but doesn't always work

This has been working fine for months and then it suddenly stopped working. I do clean it periodically and when it stops working I just keep it off for a day or two and then when I turn it on it starts working again. It's kind of odd like that.

It’s a good value for the price but has some annoying issues.

The media could not be loaded. It’s a cheap fountain and that’s what you get. I like it but it’s a bit too finicky to get 5 stars. First, it runs out of water very quickly. I felt like I was refilling it every day. Second, when it came the lightbulb was not working and it took some finicking with the wires to get it to work. Third, make sure to wash the rocks very thoroughly before putting them in the fountain. I washed mine but didn’t check them super thoroughly before putting them in the fountain. There was some kind of mineral that was hard but as it got wet started to disintegrate and left a huge mess. I’m not sure what it was but make sure to check more thoroughly than I did to see if any of your rocks are not actually rocks. With all this being said it works and it was cheap. I definitely was a bit frustrated but now that I have it working I really enjoy the way it looks on my desk and like the sound of it.

Perfect for Meditation

I struggle with an overreactive nervous system so using this product really helps calm me down. It does have a motor noise, but I find it a comforting constant.

It's all plastic..

I didn't know it was all plastic sadly. I thought it was one that my friend had that had the flat thin slate type rocks you can move around on it that changes the water flowing on them then. But it's not ! I never hooked it up to use it. Maybe I'll give to to someone an they can see how they like it then. It was not what I was looking for unfortunately ! But I'm sure it's cool an all but it's just to much plastic for the concept of it being a waterfall type design. More natural woulda been nice instead of just plastic parts. But if you don't mind that then you would prob. Like this.

Calming, pretty, but runs out of water very fast

This is a very nice fountain, easy to assemble. The drawback is that if you let it run constantly it will run out of water in less than 24 hours, so be careful. Today, I refilled it again, and noted that 3 hours later the level was already way below the fill line. I have a different HomeMedics fountain in my office, and that one doesn’t run out of water quite so fast. Other than this issue, the fountain is great.

A little piece of nature

The media could not be loaded. I love this fountain. Good price, very simple to asaemble and maintain. I added some seashells to mine. I did leave a ring of rocks before addings the shells. I recommend using distilled water, it will add longjevity to your fountain. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I am mine.
