Nice Product with Limitations

My wife wanted this for Christmas. It works nicely, but not great. It doesn’t wrap around different knock sizes. One size fits all…and its small. Thus, coverage area for heat and message function is VERY limiting. Within that range, it works great. However, for the price, I just don’t feel like it provides enough coverage. It otherwise is a decent quality product and seems well made. It just has a very limited message area for the price. Nothing wrong with its functionality. Simply didn’t meet our expectations. Others may fiend these to be non-concerns.

Absolute garbage

I never ever leave negative reviews. It just feels unnecessary. But this shoulder massager? Gigantic waste of time and money. Whoever designed it needs a performance review. It is simply terrible at the only job it is designed to do. The massaging nodes don’t even reach your neck. It’s like getting a massage from someone in the room next to you. 0/10

Good machine but could use improvement

This massager does a good job but it would be nice to have settings for low or high speed. Also it can be a little tricky turning it on and off. Heat function is really nice

Horrible product - you cannot bend it to adjust to hit your neck where you need it!

Wouldn't buy again if they paid me to do so! It works on the part of your neck that it goes against, but if that isn't the portion of neck you need it for then you are just out of luck because it has no give to it and because it is "u" shaped, it just doesn't adjust hardly at all. My neck was killing me and I couldn't get it to massage that part of my neck at all. Useless!
