Wrong size

The inside diameter is not 3/8. I bought these specifically to space garage door rollers which are exactly 3/8 inch diameter.

Too thin.

Finish great, but thickness not what expected, as a washer it needs to reinforce the bolted joint .

thinness can be good

They're 1.2mm thick. I bought them to attach a u-bolt to the sheet metal floor of a car trunk. They did the trick. Thinness can be an advantage if you need a certain amount of shimming. My swiveling office chair wasn't level where the seat was screwed to the pedestal. I calculated that I needed 2.5mm on one side. Two of these washers gave me 2.4mm. Close enough!
