Learning Curve Required

I purchased the two liter size. Wish I would have got one size larger. Never used a pressure cooker before so for me it was a learning experience for sure. First time used I over filled it with a hunk of pork roast and when it heated up and blew, it sprayed liquid all over the stove/floor/walls. Took some stove adjustments to get it right, as in, not blowing it's top/valve so often. But, when it does blow it is LOUD. Sure works though. Within a couple of hours I had fall off the fork pulled pork, ready for adding ingredients for pulled pork sandwiches. Should be the same for beef roasts etc. After, the thing was a mess but it cleaned up good. Works great for certain uses.

Fast, efficient & safe!

This 2qt. pot is perfect for 2-3 people. So much easier to control the amount you cook at one time. Easy to clean, safe, heats very fast & performs great. The weight works different from most pressure cookers but after using it a few times it’s very easy to understand. Out of my pressure cookers this is my wife & my go to pressure cooker, love it!

Frustrating

Updated review: I think the issue might be with my Duxtop 8100MC instead of this. This particular size is not compatible with that induction cooker... It might work on others. Just noting it here in case it is useful to somebody else. Old review: The bottom of the cooker has a small circle in the center- this circle is NOT induction. As a result, my induction cooker Duxtop has a hard time recognizing it. It is so frustrating as every time it says ER. You need to keep moving it around so it touches the induction part. Frustrating as they could have kept the entire bottom part induction. When it does recognize it, it works well. It is just that it takes 1-2 minutes every time. Which is super frustrating.

Nice kitchen tool

I have used it several times now and it has performed well. The venting is a bit quirky. It lets out a big blast then is quiet for a while, then repeats. Otherwise it looks nice and seems well crafted.

Good little pressure cooker and fast

Buy this little one if you are looking for a quick rice cooker. It just finishes the job in 15 mins and cooks enough rice for one or two persons. Cleaning and using are very simple. Sturdy build.

Too many problems with the lid.Had to be replaced within a year.Still had problems

The problematic lid makes it difficult to use. The steam comes out from various outlets leading to a lot of wastage of time and effort.Would never purchase again
