Your child will LOVE this! but very small umbrella

I knew this might be a bit small for my 7 year old but she Loves My Little Pony so I decided to go for it. She usually wears a 7/8 in girls clothes and this jacket fit her - just barely. The sleeves were on the short side. Of course she couldn't have cared less and LOVED it! The umbrella is TINY. Toddler sized really, but again, my daughter didn't care at all. So I'll give this 4 stars simply because I feel the umbrella is pretty dinky, even for a smaller kid. Some people have mentioned the "plastic-y" smell of the jacket. It does smell like plastic - because it IS plastic lol! I remember my own rain jackets smelling this way when I was a kid. The smell dissipates after a while. Overall this is a good buy because even though YOU may not love it, your kid WILL!

God-kids love it!!!

I brought these for my god-kids for school and they LOVED them!!! I have never seen a child so excited to have a rain coat and umbrella! I had them try them on and they did not want to take take them off. The colors and characters are vibrant and they seem to be true to size. I think the umbrellas are very small even for children (ages 7 & 4) but they are nice for the price. My god-kids love it and that's all that counts.

perfect for rainy days!!

my daughters love them, the design is beautiful, is a plastic kinda fabric i mean it covers from the rain and is exactly what i wanted one thing this is only made to protect from rain not cold weather, that why i always put a warm sweater underneath the raincoat no big deal. mis hijas les encanto , el diseño es super lindo el tipo de fabrica es como de nylon y pues sirve solo para cubrir de la lluvia no el frío por eso siempre mis niñas usan un suéter caliente por debajo de la chamarra de lluvia no es cosa del otro mundo me encanto y volvería a comprarlo !!!

Cheaply made coat nice umbrella

Umbrella is super cute. Raincoat is like one of those cheap panchos you buy at a gas station really super thin material. A little bit of peeling off pony color as well when unrolled it it seemed to stick to itself. My daughter loves it though! I’m 100% going to need to buy an “actual” raincoat to go with this though and use this for play...

It's a winner!

My daughter screamed with joy when she saw this in the morning. (Past tense because we got it and waited a day to give it to her.) She almost hit her brother with the umbrella because she had to hold it while she pulled the raincoat over herself. She hugged herself and shouted how much she loves it while hopping. So yes, I'd say it's very worthy of purchase. It works exactly like it should, the umbrella is cool and the raincoat deflects the rain. What more is there to say? I'll suggest this to others, too!

My daughter was so excited when she finally got her raincoat and umbrella gear! I agree with most reviews it does have a smell like a plastic beach ball, but it’s ok as long as my daughter is happy she picked it out and the raincoat fit well! She’s 6 and I got her 6-7size

Great child’s umbrella with thin coat.

My granddaughter loves this coat and umbrella. She’s a My Little Pony fanatic! However, be aware that the coat is made of thin plastic and will not provide any warmth. Either use in warm weather only or purchase it large enough to wear over another coat when the temperature dips. No negatives on the umbrella though.
