Missing threads

Unfortunately I didn't open the package to inspect the pieces when it arrived. When I did it was too late to return it. Upon opening the "blister pack" I found that one of the pieces had defective and almost non-existent threads making it unusable - so I'm out about $9. Not a big deal but it's still $9. I've used this product before and it was fine but the manufacturer needs to improve their quality control for such an obvious defect that was not visible through the blister pack.

Worked good

Used this for a wood fence gate. Worked great. Feel like I paid a bit more for them than I should have, but local home depot or menards didn't seem to carry this style.

Returned item because the fit between the hook and eye was loose and sloppy
