Here’s the Pros and Cons

I have a small kitchen, so countertop space is precious real estate. This seemed to have the interior space as others while being compact overall. Three things I don’t like: 1) no interior light, 2) mine has the digital controls and there’s little to no instruction on how to use them, 3) no recipe book, so you’re on your own as to to figure how long and at what temp. it takes to cook something. What it does say is temp. Is reduced by 25 degrees compared to conventional oven and I think it says time is cut in half compared to conventional oven. So, I’ll have to write up my own time/temp. chart for daily use. However, I am happy to buy something from America (at least I think its still an American company), and I think it’s nice looking overall. Noise is minimal. People that complain about noise have to realize a convection oven uses a fan. My conventional oven uses a fan to clear out the heat also. It’s part of using an appliance, people!

Great product

This was a great purchase. I’ve used the bake feature many times and everything turned out great. Saves a lot of electricity and doesn’t heat up the kitchen like my oven.

Great product!

Wanted a dual machine so I didnt have to take out one and put away afterwards. This air fryer/toaster oven is great. I have used it as both and love it! My oven won't heat up so I even made muffins in it today and they came out great! Used it to air fry crab cakes last night and they came out perfect!! Would definitly recommend it!!

My family was gifted a toaster over and it went three months again and we want to replace it and this is easy to use.

This airfryer works great

We love our airfryer. It has plenty of room for cooking almost the whole meal for the two of us. It heats up quickly and cooks quickly. We don't have to wait for the large oven to heat up and heat up the house in the summer. It saves on the cost of using our big oven too. I'm glad we got it.

Good appliance

2 things I didn't like it was so low on the counter. So put in on top of 4 bricks now eye level for me. Another issue the basket whilst on the baking pan kept sliding. Which when your food is super hot not the best. Bought a couple of silicone basket liners made for air fryers. Now no sliding perfect! Now I just love my new airfryer oven ect.

Missing parts.

I bought the Hamilton Beach Digital Air Fryer Toaster Oven from warehouse deals and the air fryer basket was missing which means whoever returned this unit stole the air fryer basket, after calling customer support the only option i was given was to return the entire thing, instead of offering a partial refund so I could purchase the missing air fryer basket. So then I tried to phone the manufacturer, there are no humans you can talk to on Hamilton Beach customer support, only a recording telling you to use the website. Otherwise the Hamilton Beach Digital Air Fryer Toaster Oven is a good product, but be aware there's no acceptable form of customer support.
