Finally a good fit

I've used other brands and thought I'd give this particular Tena product a try. I liked what I read and what I saw of the product. These fit me so well, it's almost like the developer used me as a model. AND it absorbs better than that Depend max diapers I bought here on Amazon. In fact, it's not unusual for me to go through two diapers in a night (it sucks growing older) but now I get through easily with just a single Tena overnight. Adhesive is the only problem area. But it's not any different than any other pads I've tried. The adhesive on all of them sucks.

but these are the best. The wide design, fantastic absorption, quick wrapper release, and comfort make these pads the best on the market. You can depend on this brand.

Great for Leaky Faucets!

I am 75 years old and had a robotic prostatectomy in June 2021 for prostate cancer. I have slight leakage of urine, especially during the day when I am up and around and more active. These Tena Guards are just what I needed. They are small, thin, and stick to the inside of my regular snug-fitting underwear. Highly-recommended! Five Stars!

best comfortable surge protection

I have been wearing mens pads for surge protection for almost 2 years. Most pads are too narrow to catch the occasional surge, and worse, they have a tendency to fold in two length-wise, further reducing their usefulness. These TENA Incontinence Guards for Men, Moderate Absorbency are the best thing I have found for the protection from leaks. They have a shallow cup shape that follows the anatomy they are covering, and they are lightweight. I forget I have the pads in place, they are that comfortable. They are shorter than the typical pad, but triangle in shape and protect more of the area that needs the coverage. In the second photo on the image on the left I've placed the TENA pad over the pad I have been using to show a size comparison, and on the image on the right I placed the previous pad on top to show the better coverage of the TENA pad.

Tena works great

I have used these for 14 years. These fit my briefs and are comfortable. The ones with the 3 drops on the label hold maybe 4-5 ounces and the 4 drop ones hold maybe 7. YMMV.

These guards need improvements! especially adhesive ....

The gluing of the pads need to be improved. They need to have some glue on top of the pad, horizontally to keep the pad up.. see picture. The current gluing strip is not very strong. Another suggestion: The current packaging could be re-used to throw away the old pad being replaced. I do this but I have to use some scotch tape to close it. Maybe a gluing strip there as well? Many reviews mention adhesive.... get the feeling that the manufacturer is NOT listening...

le produit laisse à désirer

Je trouve que depuis un certain temps (janvier 2022), la qualité n'est plus la même. L'absorption laisse à désirer. Nous devons changer beaucoup plus souvent même si je suis toujours pareil. Avec cette dernière commande je devrai évaluer très sérieusement si je continue avec ce produit

Finally, much wider pad in front. Worth the money. One little issue that I have with all the pads is that the frontal sticky part does not go high enough, and it is annoying if you need to go to the bathroom many times at night...

Very comfortable and very effective

The incontinence guards for men fit perfectly well and do not show any bulging externally on your trousers. The guards adhere to your shorts and maintain their proper position so that no urine is transferred to your body or to your clothing. My next order will be for Tena Guards. Rest assured, this product really works and it absorbs a lot of urine.

Excellent customer service and great product

The first order got lost somehow - showed up as delivered but we never got it. So we contacted the seller and they sent a replacement right out again - this time, it came no problem. Great customer service and a good price too!
