Looks great

I like the way it looks. And it feels well built. Install instructions were simple and easy to understand but it’s hard to line up the pieces and make sure everything is level and straight. Probably would have been easier to make sure it’s straight if you have another set of hands helping. Took me about an hour to take off old handles and install these.

Looks great, feels cheap

We bought this in conjunction with an electronic deadbolt (so we're only using the handle portion). The handle looks great but feels cheap when turning the interior knob. Not sure if internal components need additional grease or what. Second, you need to be very careful when tightening the screws that hold the interior knob to the latch as you'll easily scratch/take off black paint from the knob. Lastly, the exterior handle doesn't sit flush against our door.

I like it but just one thing....

For the price, it's a solid and nice set. Cheapest price I could find. I'm really annoyed at the mechanism design. There are two microscopic hex screws to contend with and it just ruined the installation experience for me. Like, no one cares if the set has normally placed black screws that are only visible if you LOOK HARD. The annoyance caused by the hex screws (which hold the exterior part of the lock set on) FAR outweighs the look of "no screws"...... the difficulty added an extra 45 minutes of frustration onto the project. Could have been over and done in 5 minutes. Also, give people a choice of straight or rounded strike plates and trimmings.

Modern handle set

I have gotten lots of compliments on this door set and I live the way it stands out against my brick home. It has a square and modern look and it matches the square plate knobs I have in the house. I love that while it has a square look - the handle is deceptively curved to give it a nice feel in the hand. The lock mechanism is smooth and works well. I also appreciated how easy it was to install. Nothing tricky - just a standard door install. The best part was the the fact that the handle was adjustable in height which allowed it to fit my door holes without any redriing or re-configuration. That would have been something to return it over. Overall a great kick and love the statement it is making on my front porch.

Am I secure really?

I love the look but it also has to work, I have to know the door is locked. What crap that copies of the key cannot be made - that absolutely should have been mentioned! So then there was the install....my husband is super handy and even works part time in a hardware store and it took him hours, and numerous attempts even after watching the youtube to get this installed. Not worth it, especially if you cannot copy the keys. So form should follow function, not the other way around. You may like the look but I would not recommend this product

Lock is tight

Installation was easy and it looks great. Only complaint I have is that the lock is tight and hard to turn.

Doesn’t work…

The lever handle for the inside does not rotate enough to actually allow the door to open. This is a great product if you want to lock someone in glory house but not make it creepy by having a padlock on the inside of the door.
