Terrible customer service

I love Gregory packs and bought the Facet 55 for a smaller and lighter pack for shorter trips. I love the look of the pack and the huge pockets. This arrived a few days before I had to leave town for a family emergency so I was not able to try it out before the return date. I loded it with 20 lbs and walked through my neighborhood and had a lot of shoulder and back pain in just 30 minutes. Amazon, of course, refused to refund asbit was 4 days after the return window even though it was new with the tags still on it. I was told to contact Gregory who refused to refund stating it was bought through Amazon. Both Gregory and Amazon displayed horrible customer service for a terribly painful backpack that I am not stuck with.
