Poor package

The candles were delivered in a big box with no filler and was bouncing around inside it. As a result, some aluminum cups got smashed and the candles lost their attractive look. For my own use its ok, but I would not put these candles on wedding tables, for instance.

Not As Long-Burning As Other Manufacturers

These candles are okay, but I found ones with broken wicks. They also don't burn as long as many others - the tealights I've gotten from other companies typically last about 5 hours; these burn for only about 2. If you can't find any tealights from other sellers and need them quickly you can try these but I would look elsewhere if it's viable.

Poor candle wax quality

These candles are clean burning and look like standard tealight candles, but they do not burn completely. Unless contained inside a holder that traps heat, they will only burn half the wax before going out (around 1 hour).
